COVID-19 Resource for Relaxation
I recognize that this is a stressful time in the midst of COVID-19 and the cancellation of events and classes has made this all too real for us. Below I have attached a progressive muscle relaxation download that I have found online via Berkeley Law (Go Bears!). I utilize this script in session and have recorded this for my clients but would like to share this as a free resource for all. Feel free to download and share to others:
